Alive Foods

The same food sometimes works as medicine as well as poison. It depends on how you process your food to eat and depends on how to cook your food.

Scientists have divided food into three categories:

  1. Alive food
  2. Half-alive food
  3. Lifeless food

Alive food refers to fresh or uncooked food which you have to eat without cooking, such as cucumber, seeds, beef, carrot, fruits, green juice, etc. It’s called live food. Scientists suggest that if we want good health, we should eat 70% live food every day.

Alive food is the source of enzymes, phytochemicals, life force, and bioelectrical energy.

Half-alive food is food that is cooked at low heat and takes less time. If we cook any food at 48 degrees Celsius, the life force and its enzymes will be lost. They become dead food or lifeless food.

Lifeless food is dead food. There is no life force, no phytochemicals, no bioelectrical energy, and no enzymes, which help keep us charming. So don’t cook with high heat and don’t eat packet food. Packet foods are also dead foods. If you have this food regularly, you might get sick.
